Festival of the Olive
Join us at Elizabeth Farm, home of Australia’s oldest European olive tree, for a unique two-day culinary celebration of western Sydney’s vibrant food and cultures – a perfect spring day out for food lovers and families.
Meet celebrity chefs, olive growers and food merchants and experience an exciting program of cooking demonstrations, olive oil tastings, specialist food markets, live music, dance and kids’ activities in the magnificent surrounds of this colonial house and garden.
Don’t miss Simon Thomsen, renowned Sydney Morning Herald Good Living and Good Food Guide writer, introducing a number of celebrity and local chefs to demonstrate a range of delicious traditional recipes with their own signature twist.
A free shuttle bus will operate between the Parramatta Rivercat wharf and Elizabeth Farm for the duration of the festival.
