Beer and beef masterclass

Find out about grass-fed beef, different cuts and how to cook them. Instruction includes barbecuing, creating basic rubs and barbecue sauces. Grill your own lunch in the process and spend an hour with beer diva Kirrili Walden as she takes you through a beer masterclass.
