McIntosh and Bowman cheesemaking workshop
A six-hour excursion into the science and art of cheesemaking. Giorgio Linguanti of Melbourne’s That's Amore Cheese and Clare Bailey of Hunter Belle Cheese deliver an unparalleled cheese experience, producing both mozzarella and a washed-rind cheese. All participants leave with tasting notes and cheesemaking recipes and the option to purchase home cheesemaking kits. Bring an apron and three Tupperware containers in which to take home your cheese: all other equipment will be provided.
