The Australian Specialist Cheesemakers' Association cheese show

The Australian Specialist Cheesemakers' Association cheese show offers the largest range of Australian-madecheeses in one location. Find out about artisan cheeses made in Australia by specialty cheese producers. Cheese producers will offer free tastings of award-winning cheeses, plus a wide range of their produce will be available for sale. A cheese and wine-matching class will be held by cheesemaker David Brown.

When: Sunday, October 18, 11am-4pm.

Cost: $45 a person ($60 with master class), including unlimited cheese tastings and five 30ml wine or beer tastings.
