The flavours of the globe are on show throughout the Crave Sydney International Food Festival month. Cuisine-themed dinners take guests on a culinary trip to often lesser known parts of the world.

Rosebud's mezze nights

Rosebud Restaurant & Bar in Rozelle flexes its Moorish muscle, with a contemporary take on Middle Eastern Flavours. Owner Hesham El Masry's mother Camellia, with 50 years experience in Middle Eastern cuisine, will join Rosebud's executive chef Shane Rider to bring a taste of the Middle East to the Inner West. Renowned patissier Adriano Zumbo will create his version of Middle Eastern desserts to complete the evening. Six courses.
