We launch with a bang on October 1 - with the culinary genius behind the World's Best Restaurant, Rene Redzepi of Noma, in Copenhagen. He will be appearing exclusively at Sydney Opera House for one spectacular evening, to present his inspirational food philosophy in person.
Rene's visit coincides with the Australian release of his first major book, Noma: Time and Place in Nordic Cuisine, published by Phaidon Press.
